Abstract: In this candid talk, I will introduce some workshops at the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (TA Institute, Instructional Skills Workshop, Certificate Program in Advanced Teaching and Learning) that may be of interest to those looking to get into teaching or to those who just want to develop related skills. I will also highlight some teaching and learning opportunities in the department (TA Training, Flexible Learning, ASDa) and share my experiences being involved as a grad student.

Note: This talk is open to all statistics grad students as well as TAs in the Department of Statistics. Lunch will be provided.
