When you start TeXnicCenter, it will start to run the configuration:
   - Configuration Wizard - Welcome
        Click [next]

   - Configuration wizard - Distribution Directory      C:\Program
Files\MiKTeX 2.7\miktex\bin
        click [next]

   - Configuration Wizard - PostScripts-Viewer
        leave everything blank and just click [Next]

   - Configuration Wizard - Finish
        click [finish] to finish
