Please join us as David Bellhouse (a statistician, Statistics historian, and professor emeritus from the University of Western Ontario), discusses the past and future of data analysis and Statistics in Canada. Topics will include Statistics from Victorian times through the foundational work of Fisher, Neyman, and Pearson and then into the computer age, bringing us to the emergence of Data Science.
